I saw this tweet from Greg McMillan today as well as it was a great reminder for me. simple days as well as rest days are an important part of getting in shape for races. I understand I run as well many ‘junk miles’. before it was okay since I didn’t truly have a goal however I’m starting to think about changing it up as well as doing more cross training.

That brings me to the concern of the day…

In addition to yoga I’m thinking about taking either a barre class or joining a fitness center (again) for a bigger range of classes for my cross training days.
