For example, you might choose a word such as Power, Force, Dominate, or Zone, etc. Whatever word you choose, holding your ideal fist firmly clenched (and continuing to breathe as mega-workout intensity breathes), mentally exclaim your chosen crucial word 5 consecutive times with emphatic passion.
